I was willing to pay for a decent band for a watch I'd received from my parents. The small size (12mm) reduced the selection considerably. As I took this band out of the box, the buckle fell off (I was able to get it back on - it has a spring loaded bar like the other end). The buckle didn't seem to be metal - but plastic. Seriously?
