The nylon webbing and the leather are not as thick as the original Swiss Army watch band. I would have to say that it is a "knock-off" of the original. Even the metal clasp is not is good as the original that came with my Swiss Army Cavalry Watch. I couldn't find the watchband in green, as on the original, and settled for the black.
