All Speidel watchbands are warranted for a full year against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal usage. Speidel bands contain no user serviceable parts and it is recommended that all adjustments be performed by a trained watch technician. Attempting to adjust the product by yourself may void the manufacturer's warranty. The Speidel black leather band is thicker than I had wished and has a slightly larger clasp. Other than that it works out fine for the old Movado "museum" watch. I certainly would not pay the high price for a simple black band from Movado. The band was sent quickly by US Post for only $2 handling charge. Yes, I'd recommend the product for price and value, but, of course, I cannot say how this will wear over time.
