I had ordered a watchband that was the wrong watchband on a previous order which they gave me a full refund. {Having worked in customer service myself I know occasionally things get muddled} DBRoth made sure I was reimbursed for the previous watchband. I reordered the watchband hoping to get a watchband with a silver buckle. Due to the holiday season there was a delay in getting my order {No fault of DBRoth} they contacted me for follow up & I advised them that I finally got the watchband with a gold buckle instead of silver that I would be content with what I had received. They contacted me once again & offered me again, another full refund since the order was adequate but not perfect. I would recommend DBRoth to anyone looking to purchase products.
