I have never liked expandable watchbands. This watchband replaces the Speidel leather watchband that I had purchased at WalMart. The leather on that watchband had split where the holes were. I wanted to try the same type watchband again, because after the initial 'break in' period of leather, the band had been very comfortable & lasted a long time. (I wear the watch often.) I decided to try Amazon when the local retailer didn't have a 14mm size leather band. My husband put the leather band on for me. He said it was no problem, very easy; spring bars were included.

FYI: On the back of the watchband are the words --- H2O resist; anti-allergic; genuine calf; and Speidel. 'Hidden' underneath a sticker on the plastic package was the word "China". You can guess what that probably means.

Fitting info.: My wrist is 6 1/2 inches at the place where the watchband sits. Right now I fasten it on the middle of the seven holes. The small leather loops are one 'fixed' and one 'sliding'.

If this band splits before I feel it should, I will have to try something other than Speidel. Right now, I am happy & it is just what I wanted. No hassles. No shipping charges on Prime. Shipped on time; well packaged.
