Have you tried to find a replacement watchband lately? The only thing you can find is Timex watchbands. Seriously. Go Google it and see. I'll wait till you get back.

See? I told you. What do I have against Timex bands? Well, they usually have a Timex brand stamp on them. I'm wearing a Columbia watch so I'd prefer to NOT have a Timex brand logo confusing the issue. Also, they don't last. Bending them to put them on and take them off then they split after a few months. A few months later and the need to replaced. That goes for leather or plastic.

Enough bagging Timex. This band is NOT from Timex. It is attractive because it has no visible logos on the band. The leather color and quality is very good. I won't know if it lasts longer than a Timex for a few more months but I'm guessing it will.

No, this watchband won't change your life. It won't fix the economy or stop global warming. But, if you're old school enough to still strap a timepiece to your wrist rather than looking at your cellphone, this is not a bad investment.
