Please believe all the paperwork they send you. When I purchased this watch it was called 'water resistant' but upon receiving it clearly stated do not submerse even though the back of the dial says 'water resistant'. It looks like the title of the watch has changed now so hopefully no one else is as dense as I and alows their child to bath in it. It is cute but I bought it to get wet. OOPS.
